Thunder end their 2018 with a loss to the Wolves

EDMONTON AB – The Concordia University of Edmonton (CUE) Thunder were looking to bounce back after their first and only loss of 2018 against the visiting Grand Prairie Regional College (GPRC) Wolves. The Wolves got the better of the Thunder by a score of 80-74.

At the end of the first quarter, the Thunder were able to capitalize on a few turn overs and walk out of the 1st with a score of 27-19. The second quarter the Wolves were able to make up some ground by outscoring the Thunder 21-18. Not enough for the Thunder to worry too much, but they walked into the second half of the game confident and hoping to hold on to the lead.
