The Thunder extend their 1st place lead with another win

The Thunder extend their 1st place lead with another win

EDMONTON, AB - Your Concordia Thunder came out hot and never slowed down. Taking the lead early in the first and never letting the Keyano Huskies get a point up on them.

The Thunder took the first of back-to-back home games 90-68, offence was lead by #9 Ryan McLaren with a game high 22 points and 7 rebounds.

Additional offensive support for the Thunder was given by #11 Mike Malin and #6 TrayVon Lackey with a combined 35 points, Malin also contributed on defense with a game high of 10 rebounds allowing for the Thunder to limit the Huskies to only 68 points.

The ACAC player of the game for the Thunder was Lackey, and for the Huskies, #10 Dante Dinter who contributed to 9 of their points.

Concordia Thunder extend their 1st place lead with the win and will be facing the Huskies again tomorrow afternoon to complete there home-at-home double header.
