Bio

Stabile was hired before the 2025/26 season after years of dedicated service, both on the bench and behind the scenes with the Thunder men's and women's basketball programs. She is the first female head coach for a men’s basketball program in ACAC history.

With 24 years of coaching experience across all age levels from the Jr NBA Program, junior high, and high school, to spending the last four years as an assistant coach at Concordia, Stabile brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and dedication to the game. She completed her Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration at Concordia University Irvine, in California. She has combined her extensive education with hands-on expertise to develop athletes into top-performing individuals both on and off the court.

Stabile is focused on guiding the team to new heights and leveraging her expertise to create a thriving program. Her dedication to the players and her drive to build a positive team culture with high standards will push student-athletes to their full potential. She will ensure that her players have a future filled with achievement, growth, and long-term success.
