Bio

Hired before the start of the 2025 season, Bimba brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously served as an assistant coach for the University of Alberta Golden Bears and as the founder and lead teacher John D Bracco soccer institute. His coaching credentials include a Canada Soccer National "B" License, and his academic background features a Master of Education in Leadership from the University of Portland and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta. As a player Bimba has played at a high level, honing his skills with Canada Soccer at the U18 level, and becoming a Canada West All-Star with the University of Alberta Golden Bears. His talents took him as far as the Vancouver Whitecaps, where he trained as part of the Whitecaps residency program.
