Check out this week’s Campus Recreation fitness and yoga classes! Tuesdays (11-12) and Thursdays (1-2) will feature a variety of fitness classes, while Wednesdays (12-1) will be different types of yoga, and classes will be offered all semester long.
Classes are free for all CUE students, staff, and faculty, and you just have to log into Google Meet with the link below via your CUE email address.

- October 21 – 12:00 – 1:00 PM – Yin Yoga – meet.google.com/edy-dnqs-fvy
- October 22 – 1:00 – 2:00 PM – Bodyweight Blast Fitness Class – meet.google.com/udg-kkxb-yvm
